The Intercultural Education Team (IKAT) informs Neukölln residents about Corona prevention methods and applicable infection protection regulations as well as the services of the CAZ (Corona Abstrich Center/ Corona Smear-Test Center). We support the mobile and open GP consultation hour via language mediation.

We support the measures taken by the health department to protect against the infection. In addition, we provide easy-to-understand advice to those affected by the measures, in particular by telephone and WhatsApp, and can thus provide important advice in a swift manner.

 Group counseling offers

We’re going, where Neukölln residents already are going:  to group counselling sessions at the spots in the neighbourhood (family centers, community social spots) or a counselling center of your choice.
